The case in question isn't an issue of censoring discussion; it's an issue of potential drama.  If you want to argue a point, nobody's stopping you from doing so, but do so courteously and don't try to start something with it.

That said, this is an issue that should be addressed via PM with the moderator(s) in question if you feel that the action taken was done so erroneously.  None of us enjoy locking threads, deleting posts, and sending warnings, and if you feel action taken isn't justified, you should take that issue up with the moderator who took that action instead of creating a thread to dramatize the issue.

You know full well why the post was deleted, because I sent you a PM explaining why immediately after deleting it, saying you were free to discuss the "point" you raised if you did so courteously.
