I have some issues that make it difficult to work in small detail, so I want to hire someone to cut and sew my costume. I plan on going as
Ghetsis from Pokemon BW and as you can see he has a rather elaborate mantle.
I'll buy all the fabric and materials, obviously. I'm looking for someone who can do this either with frequent meetings or who can work in my house in Beaverton, since I need to make sure it hangs right as it's being worked on.
I know this sounds like a lot, but I'd really like to do this costume and it goes way past my capabilities.
We can work out a pay scale, but if you work out of my house I can make lunch and provide drinks.
