In my profile it tells me to choose the time by GMT and I have no idea what to put there, so I chose a random one and it's about 22 hours off. Shouldn't it just be standard pacific time for everyone as (almost?) everyone on the Kumoricon board lives in Oregon, or close enough to be in the same time zone? My sister pointed this out to me. If/since there's nothing to do about it (?) can I at least get the correct GMT time ^^; Thanks in advance

GMT Would be Greenwich Mean Time, the standard that the rest of the world is based off of.  Because there are people that live in different time zones, you get to choose your time setting, which for the Pacific Timezone, should be -8.

Actually I've got mine set to -7 and it's right on time. Setting it at -8 puts it an hour off.

That's probably because of daylight savings, which I forgot to account for.

It would be awesome if the forum software could account for daylight saving time.
