The ThunderCats are coming to Cartoon Network!

After Thundera is attacked by the lizard people, Lion-O leads the ThunderCats on a quest for the Book of Omens, the one artifact that could guide them to victory. But he'll have to face villains like the ancient evil sorceror Mumm-Ra and the dangerous lizard general Slithe. Luckily, he has the Sword of Omens and its amazing powers at his disposal. Watch the preview video for more info about the new TV show, and then tune in for the premiere in July.

So, I watched the first one hour episode.  I LIKE!  ;D  I was wondering how they were going to handle this.  It is totally different, and yet I really like the characters.  I may even (gasp) like this one more than the original.

So what did everyone else think?

It might get to Avatar levels of quality. However I wish they would push that Pg-13 rating a bit.

it was pretty cool that they re did the series, i guess they didnt redo the series seeing as Liono is much younger in the new show, but i love it. i used to watch the show when i was yonger
