Found the quill, got my username, and was expecting my confirmation e-mail to take awhile but was surprised to see it after a few minutes..... so now I sit waiting for everything to start so I can be sorted. FFFFFFFFF..... I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!

I am most excited for the sorting. Last night I was inspired to take some online sorting quizzes, and I ended up taking four of them... It turns out that just as I have trouble sorting myself, the internet has trouble sorting me as well. I wonder which house I'll get sorted into for Pottermore~

I got my email! I was estatic. I actually just re-bought all the books (the others are at my parents, its more of family copies and I wanted my own). I'm on the 4th right now and I'm totally falling in love all over again, even though I've read them all dozens of times. Its so exciting knowing there will be new material in whatever form written by JK! Its such an amazing treat.

I'm kind of worried about the sorting not fitting what I want D: But then if the actual constraints are by JK herself I guess they'd be super accurate? Like I've always considered myself a Ravenclaw but if the actual Sorting Hat told me I was a Slytherin I'd happily skip over.

Tried to brew a potion a bit ago, and my computer glitched so I not only melted my cauldron, but lost a whole 5 points. ;_;

I just tried again, and everything seems to have worked though, now to check back in 95 MINUTES (note that's with a medium speed brass cauldron) and see if it worked. I better get a crap-ton of points if I missed that many just from doing it wrong!

The kind of cauldron may or may not make a difference depending on the potion. I made the cure for boils in the pewter and brass cauldrons and they both had to brew for 80 minutes.
