Further information would start giving things away, especially to those who enjoy number pattern puzzles like sudoku, so I'll stop here.
Example: If I mention that two entries were selected from state 'x' (or country 'x') out of three submitted and there was only one entrant who sent in all three AMVs, that person would now be certain - ahead of the official playlist announcement - that he or she has two running in the contest, and that's just less fun than waiting for the silver screen itself to reveal the contestants...
Same thing happens if I were to list the anime shows that made it into the contest - people can play logical subtraction games and ruin the surprise.
