Masquerade Ball?
« on: August 13, 2011, 01:16:41 am »
I've looked around and it seems this year we're having 2 raves and no masquerade ball. Is that correct?

Sunday night's dance has a choose your own adventure feel, you could always request those ballroom songs in the request thread if you want some slow dancin' at one of the events.

I was sorely disappointed at the lack of a ball this year. While I completely understand the angle as to why there isn't one...I dunno call me a skeptic but i think it could have been done. In the words of Patches O' Houlihan "If you can have a rave you can have a ball"...or something like that. I guess the best thing I can do is try to work on getting one next year.
When I am chasing my tail and catch my back leg instead, I will not bite down on my foot. This hurts, and my scream scares my human.

I was very disappointed that there was no ball this year. My friend and I were dressed as Jareth and Sarah, and I would have loved to take her to the ball! Hopefully there will be one next year... I can actually make Jareth's masquerade outfit by then...
So yeah, if staff people read this, this particular event was sorely missed and we hope to see it return!
