Our next general meeting, and the last one before the convention, will be held on Saturday, August 27, at 1:00 PM, at:

Hilton Vancouver Washington
301 W 6th St
Vancouver, WA 98660

Room: Heritage AB

General meetings are open to the public. This is the final general meeting to prepare for the con or find out how to participate. Although staff registration has already closed, we would love to welcome additional volunteers at the convention.

I know that I will be there, but Chan will not. The remaining members of the Clark Manga & Anime Club may or may not. It will be presented at our final meeting of the Summer.

Depending on which position you signed up for. But it is your best opportunity to talk to your Director, find out as much as you can

Figured i'd ask for a ride {From Hillsboro area} early this time as the ones I arrange myself usually crap out.

Most likely, I will have to bow out of this one, after expending so much time/energy/$ on Renovation (World Con in Reno) last weekend.

However, if I stay home, I will be available from noon to 5pm by phone/text/Gmail chat/facebook chat/Skype, for anyone who would benefit from chatting with me

Thats on the website main page when you login into "staff login"

Um not to burst bubble, but I think the last meeting was the deadline to sign up as staff. Unless they changed it.

^ You're right, but I think what bubdy is saying is that he/she has signed up for staff already, but the forums have yet to upgrade him/her as being such.

Ah I get ya.

And I checked it last night the up load option was still up, but says any time after the 21st it can be closed.
Have you tried to log in? Your user name is your first name and last name seperated by a _, or you can go and click to log in and opt for forgot pass word, and enter in what ever e-mail you used to sign up, that way if you get an email, you know your in the system, if not then not yet

Good meeting! Got much accomplished. One week away, and so much to do!

I do apologize to everyone I worried when I lost my balance and when trying to regain it ended up only speeding up my fall to the floor.
I am okay

, I landed on my hands and knees, so they sore, but better then landing on baby.

I do feel it now tho, ouch.

Thanks! and I have been, today a couple of bruises showed up on my knees , but stiffness gone. I also forget I am at the stage where baby is gaining about half a pound a week, so my center of balance is continuously changing, belly more heavy. So prob good thing I have a wheel chair to use if only to sit when tired, and going to dealers hall.
