so... anybody here able to remember and sing lyrics pretty well? How about someone who can beatbox? I'm thinking it might be fun to have a vocaloid Rockapella - Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego theme next year. Maybe at the cosplay contest?

I'm personally horrible about remembering lyrics but the bass part I'd probably be good at doesn't really have much.

You'd probably want to do it at the Karaoke contest, if you're planning to actually sing (and not have it be a dance skit with vocaloid voices singing it).

On that note....I'd have to get back to you after I managed to remember the lyrics instead of cringing at the thought...(and find out if my cosplay group would be willing to lend me out)...but....a very tentative maybe.

I have yet to find an actual vocaloid version of it, but I'm just thinking since we cosplay vocaloids it would be cool to put on a show using our own voices as long as we can find people that can remember the parts. I suppose a smaller karaoke audience would work too though.

It would be pretty weird to have 5 vocaloids stand up on stage and only pretend to sing...

How I somewhat imagine it as:

Len = beat box
Miku = lead vocalist (blonde guy)
Gakupo or Luka = secondary vocalist (probably Luka for harmonics sake of the trio)
Haku or Rin = tertiary harmonic vocalist
Kaito = bass

Though their voices are somewhat what I'm going off of too so it would depend on the cosplayer... and of course depend on if each person were dependable enough to actually be there.

Personally, I would do a different song. This seems like a cool song, but without actual music it may be hard to figure out the different parts.

Good luck remembering the lyrics though lol. I can imagine the audience getting bored with it too since it has been somewhat been overused (though I would have loved to see it as an encore or something for Mikuopolis).

I grew up watching the Carmen Sandiego game show and the tune was just so addictive and memorable. =P maybe we could do both? **shrug**
