I was so bummed I didn't get to stalk an Iceland when I was Norway....

Ok...we'll see if i get it done. I've got at least 2 other big cosplays to get done this year, and maybe some for friends. Honestly I may end up just buying it...though I hate doing that.

well I take pride in making my cosplays, and as someone who takes commisions I feel it'd be a cop-out to buy one, 'specially a simple one like Ice. I have only bought 3 cosplays before (2 being at the beginning of my cosplaying and one was a lolita style outfit that I didn't feel up to making myself)

I would like to join the next world meeting as Japan if I may. It would be nice to be a different country for once, Even though I loves rome. I'm warming up to the idea of japan. Also I would have loved to do a Q&A because I wanted to ask china why he has the highest fake sick rates in the world. Probably because of the population but still it would have been fun.

I also have a question about Fem!Nations. My friend AlisonClark was Fem America at the under 18 pannel but for this one would she be allowed? Would she still count as America or would a Fem!Nation be concidered different?

I think we should run it like the kuro panel and like scar said one to one with nations and then whats left have other verisions if wanted. ( I really don't mind but its what you guys think too) And FullMetal your definatly in for next year >3

Yea thats true, I make a good amount of my costumes but there are just some I don't want to make >o< because of certain details or because a lack of time.

I'd love to be Italy but seeing as how we are only doing one person per nation I'll opt out unless they end up not being able to do it. I may or may not end up being latvia. It depends on whether I can buy the cosplay on ebay or if I can borrow it again.

I think it should be made a rule that we dont talk about pairings... As much as every one loves them, It can get very unconfterble and as some cosplayers, some people feel alot of presure to 'give in' to something they don't feel confterble with...

I like this idea. And I got there like two hours early last year, so I wouldn't mind helping out with this at all.

I would personally really like that because some pannels the runners take their favorite characters and add friends to it I would love apps very much.

that's actually an exellent idea! But what if the person isn't done with the cosplay yet or would we send this out later in the year?

I would say open up applications at the beginning of July, Close mid-august, and announce a couple weeks before con, giving time for people to prepare.

Sorry for the randomness, but I thought of a topic for the panel.
So, we both know that Germany and denmark (Along with other countries) like to 'drink' alot. So what if the countries gave their veiw on how much they think is to much, or to little?

(Same with France and his wine, Russia and his vodka)

I also came up with another one...though it's alittle 18+ and I know we aren't doing an 18+ panel again...

But, age of consent/majority? For example, Iceland's is 15, Is this too young?
