Looking For Someone To Commission A Cloak

I would like a cloak. It would be for Chibi England and/or Black Magic England. In the Anime it's black but if I can I would like a dark greenish black color.

Is there anyone who thinks they can make this for me by April?

how thick would we want the material to be, how should it clasp, does it have a pointed or round hood, how long should it be? whats your budget?

all questions i would need answered other then that i could do it as long as i get paid properly for it

also im kinda new to being a commissioner but i do have years of sewing experiance

1)Thickness: Not too thick but thick enough so it's not see-through.
2)Clasp: Doesn't matter to me. Maybe a um....whether it be like the ones on the back of a bra or like this ones in this braelette (but whatever you think is easiest/cheapest to do)

3)Hood: Rounded hood
4)Length: ....um...I'm about 5'4" so around that length(Minus the hood it should maybe be 55"-56" long)
5)Budget: How much would you charge?

i'd have to go look at fabric cost
and i know i can get it done pretty quick, it would be cheeper to get you thicker fabric and not line the cloak, lining would be extra which would you prefer? also heres an example of a cloak i made with no lining made of fleece: http://www.cosplay.com/photo/3031927/ and one made of normal cotten/polyester: http://www.cosplay.com/costume/233000/

They both look really good. I like the Cotton Polyester one but which ever you think is best and cheaper.

the cotten one is cheeper but wont be as warm as the fleece one. i'll look at both types of fabric and give you a quote for both later on tonight!

That or a little darker but I think that one's fine. 8D
