I'm surprised there's nothing about this.
So I'm starting it!

Hetalia day is actually on the 24th but since that is a week day let's celebrate during the weekend!
This is probably going to be more for people on the west side of Oregon.
So we're meeting at Pioneer Square at 2:00 and will move from there

Who's going:
Wrath-chan19: Her OC Haines, Alaska and then Change in America later
IrukaSensei: Her OC Romania
Nando-KiT: Canada
Jacob_Blackfeather: Poland

Well in order to do Romania, I need to get something Gypsy/Vampire enough looking. XD LOL. Since Romania is known for those two things, mostly throughout all of the ages. XD

LOL, I cannot do normal costume stuff. I do have a nice cloak, made of black and dark green satin. And I could always fix up a couple of other things. XD We will see what I can do.

That cloak sounds really neat. Who knows what you'll find though, they put weird clothes in the Halloween section sometimes. My friend found a cool army jacket that had been drawn on all over with markers for a costume there.

Hetalia Day is the same day as United Nations Day. When the fandom took off, a group of people decided it'd be a good excuse to get the fandom in different parts of the world to meet up, so they spread the word and it was a success so it's a fandom tradition now.

They're pretty much just meet ups. Typically, part of it's a potluck, games, and a small photoshoot.

I live in Portland but can get anywhere that's on the max line fairly easily.

I know! I was just some places have the most meetups (LIKE EUGINE) but it takes me 3 hours to get over there and also i don't know the area. so im glad i found a meetup that's in Portland.
