I know there's plenty of time until this to prepare, but my heart is set on being at least SOME version of America, since I have no money to put towards the outfit he's normally seen in. I may feel as empty headed as Italy sometimes, but out of all of them I can't find any other nation that fits me so well. However, I only know the image more than the personality or story, other than the small amount I glimpsed off of YouTube before it was taken off. Is there another site I can study up at? If I want to appear as the character, I want to do it well informed.

No matter what meet I come to, the ratio of females will almost always be greater than that of males. It's just something to accept. I also have seen enough Hetalia to be aware of the shenanigans that go on between the nations, something I expect a number of attendees to delight in. But being one of the few guys wanting to attend, personally being borderline shy/outgoing, I also find it uneasy to convey any form of fanservice in the group without being afraid of offending or sending bad vibes to anyone. I know some of the females have it differently since they normally prefer to joke around with each other.

I'm not saying that nobody should have fun, I'm only asking the group what the best approach for me is so I won't look like some old creep that should be burned for even existing.
