Hey guys, so we have a couple updates to make about the World Meeting for Kumoricon 2012.

First off, we have heard back from the panel coordinators and yes were accepted, but only for one day and as of right now we don't know if it's Day 1 or if it's Day 2.
Second, RozenMaiden_Girl will no longer be a part of this as she is no longer available to attend Kumoricon this year; So it will just me KyoKyo866 and myself running the panel and N. Italy is also still taken but by TohruIchi.
Third, because of the fact we only have the World Meeting on one day (as far as we know for now) so we NEED to know who is still wanting to be signed up as a nation for the World Meeting. Until we know what day the World Meeting is, we're going to give the slots by who asked first and who still wants to attend, and then once we know what day we will also go by that as well.

So that's our update. So please guys, if you still want to be signed up TELL US. The slots will first go to the ones who before were the first to ask, and then whoever wants them and the slot is available. We need to know as soon as possible!

We would prefer for you to tell us by sending KyoKyo886 a message on here, but telling us you're still wanting to be signed up by commenting and saying so and as who works as well. Hope to hear from you guys very soon!

Just letting you all know that my Spain cosplay has been changed to Pirate!Spain, just making sure that it's fine for the panel.

Also, a couple of questions (I apologize if they've already been gone over before), but what do I need to do/things do I need to know in order to be prepared for the meeting? Also, what days are said panels? Are they on two separate days?

Day 1 - 8:00 - 11:00 pm

So yes, we did get approved for both panels. Which is wonderful news!
However we have a question for all of you! We were also planning on having a World Meeting, but having it be 2P Hetalia instead and being run by 2P Nations. So we wanted to ask you all, if you would rather just have two normal world meetings, or one normal world meeting, and then being able to see the strange and abnormal nature of 2Ps at a 2P world meetings.
The decision is up to you guys! Either two normal world meetings or one normal and one 2P world meeting.

Personally I'd be fine with the second one being 2P :3 I'd most likely run it as 2P Germany so thatd be a cool contrast xD

I think it would be interesting to do one of them as 2P, that is if you can get enough people together for it at such short notice. Perhaps there should be a vote taken to see if that should be on day one, or day two?

We'd probably figure that it would be on Day 2 for the 2P (for ya know, obvious reasons) though peoplemcan still be 1p nations they can be ya know, whatever xD just that wer'd run it as 2P nations and the subjects would be a tad more meaner

You dont have to be 2P for the 2P Meeting you can normal. No rule against that or anything xD

We are less than a week away, people! That means I can reveal the meeting spot for you VIP people!

Out in the park on the other side of the hilton, there is a large clock tower with large salmon around it. On day 1, meet at that clock tower at 7, Sam will be there to get you at 7:30. On Day 2 meet there 3:30, Sam will get you at 4:00 pm.

I wasn't there for a good half of the second one (and when I was, it was in and out), but the first had quite a bit of trouble. I found it rather disturbing that people could not tell the difference between an 'angry Germany' verses a very distressed cosplayer. The inability to keep one's act together in the very place it should be easiest, amongst fellow fans, is rather saddening.

Overall it was fun, but there were quite a few moments that clearly weren't. I hope next year our poor hosts will be better staffed to keep the hyper ones under control. You guys rocked, I'm not sure I would've handled it as well as you guys. QAQ

i can agree that there were some times when the crowd just got to much out of hand with the comments and became uncooperative. but our hosts did an amazing job at keeping it leveled through out both panels as it was only the two of them. id be happy to help next year if needed, i was a panelst this year as well, but i didnt have the pressure of the crowd as they did, mine was a tiny crowd. awesome job

woo made it through another year! though boy there was much more chaos and poor deicsions made. But this is still all a learning experience; like should really keep this only one panel per con; maybe slim it to 2.5 hours since people didnt like it being so long (though 2 hours is still short). Keep 2P out of it (apparentally we frightened a *lot* of our people away because of it). Maybe get at least one more host and so on and so forth.

But yea.. about the first meeting.. sorry about me breaking down and crying like that. That was really stupid and unprofessional of me to do in the middle of a panel. I was just really stressed and hated that so many people were laughing at me for telling them to follow the rules so we didn't get in trouble. I probably could have handled it better.. but at least it made the meeting a little bit calmer.

Who made you cry? who the hell made you cry?! OH MY GOD. If I didn't get my badge taken away from my aunt. And I was their. I would have told them to leave. NO ONE. disrespects my friends and the hosts of a panel. OR ANY ONE FOR THAT MATTER.

It may have been unprofessional, but by that point I don't think anything else would've gotten into their heads by that point. :/ *invisible hug*

As for the 2P thing, since most of that is playing off of fanon/headcanon it can easily alienate a lot of people just by that alone. That, and it seemed like a lot of people there are new to how fandoms work in general, let alone 'just discovering' Hetalia. >_<;

Again, if you two need help putting together a QI (or as I think Rozen put it, QH

) my Ukraine and I are at the ready for you. *poses in a way that totally looks like fighting crime*
