I am planning a Cosplay Day on October 28th, meeting at Pioneer Courthouse Square at 12 to prance around in Cosplay. I (Neko) will be there, so look for a jingly cat! You can come in what ever you would like, though appropriate please. It may be cold, and we will be outside, so dress accordingly. I hope to see tons of otaku's there!
