Well I guess I can say my habit is I have to have friends around or good music playing at least ( I don't like silence when i'm working on anything)

The fact that nature made me so 'well endowed' that I need to either spend the price of a cosplay on a binding shirt or risk breaking another rib to bind down to the point where you can't tell I have girlparts. Normally I just wear a bra that's several sizes too small and ignore the hecklers. But it still frustrates me.

Day 15: Your least favourite thing about cosplay.

The fact it makes you really hot and uncomfortable. (Some cosplays do have a comfy factor to them though.) I went as Suigintou from Rozen Maiden during Kumoricon 2010 and I was dieing from heat. I went through about 3 refills of my water bottle, had a fan on with me at all times, and I ended up taking my wig off once in a while due to my hair drenching with sweat. I am highly tempted to sell off that cosplay...

Another thing I dislike about cosplay is more of my body's fault. It's so off and the proportions are just horrid. My waist is fine, I do have alittle bit of a chub, but it's my chest. I am seriously flat chested, but I have the most broad chest and shoulders. It's hard finding a dress that actually fits me from the chest up... -__-

I don't generally make my cosplays (I buy them). Though when I work on props I usually listen to music to keep me focused, I like to get as much done in as little time as possible without being rushed.

When your costume is not made for the weather
I have yet to have a way too hot costume but I've have had a few where I felt a little too cold
I also hate when people put very little to no effort. Or buy really lame costumes online. Being a costumer and seamstress I notice small things that others ignore.

The elitest jerks that make people that do a decent job feel like **** because it isn't "perfect" or completely "accurate". I've often felt like my cosplays, while they were actually fine, were complete crap because some people have such high standards and I feel like I need to meet them; even if I know that it doesn't matter.

Two Truths and a concealed weapon! I'm not a core member (That would be my sister and her two roommates), but I am an add on. I do minor characters only, pretty much, and they do the mains.

Cannot Unsee (myself, my best friend, and my sister) with Do Not Want (chan and crystal)
Children of Darkness (myself, cassi, and jd -and anyone else we could drag in to participate in skits and things with us-)

........uh...those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head. any other groups I've been in for cosplay skits, etc, haven't really had official names.

I have a horror movie going or some kind of industrial music. Usually it will be two or three friends with us working away. We'll take turns helping each other on major projects, or we just work on our minor pieces. Pizza or subway with chips and soda. Food is pretty much the biggest cosplay making habit XD

That would be the very first day of Kumoricon 2011 before the con officially started. I was chilling in the upstairs area on the couches near the chibi room with my cosplay group, Kai and some other Kuroshitsuji cosplayers. There was a giant pocky box involved, for those of you who know of this instance of insanity xD

I still think it would have to be the year I cosplayed as wedding Yuna, (at the doubletree lloyd center), and right in the middle of the divider area between the dealer's room and the hotel, Rockstar!Miroku got down on one knee and proposed to me.

The Miroku cosplayer, Plue, is an awesome and amazing person.

Others: Spray hair dye, group cosplays from random a** things, etc.

Myself: When people take a lot of pictures because the costume is revealing and I am a small girl, rather than because they like my costume or even know who I am. And every con at least once every two hours some guys try to pick me up. It's worse if I'm wandering by myself, but last Sakuracon some guy tried to sell me bondage equipment and at the same time a staff member wanted me to come get drunk and/or stoned with him in his hotel, both right in front of three male friends in the smoking section.

I used to belong to one, but it dwindled when some people stopped going to con, and some of us stopped getting along. The last time we cosplayed together was... Sakuracon 2009 :O

My very, very first year cosplaying, with my very, very first cosplay. Yes, it was a bad cosplay, but have a Saix come up to me and yell at me in the dealers hall was awful. Had I been anyone else I probably would have given up cosplay right then and there, but I didn't, to my own surprise...

20. What is your worse cosplay memory

My first one is pretty bad (sailor jupiter...sitting on me...not in a fun way) but it's not my worst. I have to say my worst cosplay memory was the year my 'friends' locked me out of my hotel room to force me to stay in a cosplay I hated for most of that Kumoricon, and made me miss both of the photoshoots for the cosplay I had at that time that I liked the most. (I was only allowed to return to my room and change into a different cosplay after the sun had already set, and for someone who switches cosplays whenever one I'm wearing gets too uncomfortable, it was practically torture).

I don't really know, so I'll just say one of my favorites! It was my first Kumoricon, second or third convention, and on the first day I went as Ritsuka from Loveless. It was my third cosplay, and I was really excited. I remember walking to the end of the registration line, as long as it was, and getting stopped every couple of feet for a picture. It was so fun. c:

Fist con, it was Kumo 2008, I heard about it the day before due to all the people in anime costumes I got super excited. My L costume was Lame and I only stayed for about two hours

My best cosplay memory would be actually my first convention. My cosplay was lame, but people seem to still like it since I was still apart of the whole cosplay experience.

19. What is your worst cosplay memory?
My worse memory was 2011 kumoricon, I have this one friend who just will not stop flirting with everyone I date and my boyfriend was with us for the con. Later on we ended up broken up for the night (we got back together early morning.) because of her so that wasn't fun being depressed Day 1 night.....

The first year at the Hilton I just couldn't figure out the layout, and so it really ruined my days. If this means -literally- cosplay related then I'd have to say the worst, but at the same time kind of funny, things that has happened to me was when I was in my Near cosplay and someone did a spit take on me...with Coke. So I had to go back to my room INSTANTLY to get the stain before it couldn't be washed out.
