I've been so addicted to this game recently... I finished Origins last week and am currently working on Awakening. I cannot wait until my sister sends me 2... more smexy elves x3 And then there's the whole cosplaying-as-Tallis-in-two-years-a-character-I've-never-met-before.

So this thread is about the game... but if you've ever cosplayed DA or are considering it, please PM me!

Also, I'm looking for requests for short fanfictions over on DA! If you could help me, that'd be FANTASTIC!

i wanna see sum1 cosplaying morrigan, or flemmeth in DA2 **hopefully a really hot one** flemmeth got really hot in DA2 for an old bag in DA1

Just finished DAII... it takes me a month and a week to finish Origins, about two weeks to Awakening, then three days to finish II... xD This means I can get through my nine planned play throughs super quick!

Dragon Age Origins is one of my favorite games ever. I didn't like Awakening that much and I'm still not sure how I feel about DA II. I think I've played through Origins about 4 times XD

I just finished my second play through of Origins. Gotta say, the arcane warrior is my favorite class, hands down. I just want to play mages from now on xD

i love da <3 isdhfshfsrefhel but i cant play it on my stupid tv >.< the writing is way to small.... i cant read!

but i do plan on cosplying morrigan. not sure when but atleast my wig is styled!

I've heard this game is really well put together, but I haven't found the time (or money) to actually buy and play it.
It may be a little off-topic, but could I possibly get any feedback on personal experience with the game? I've been meaning to get back into gaming again and I was wondering if Dragon Age would be somewhere to start..?

it's quite good-- gameplay is kinda realistic tho, so if you're looking for flying daggers and teleporting kicks awesomeness this aint the game for ya~

Realism is chill with me! A little too much fantasy could get boring fast anyways. Some reality is nice.

I saw your progress on Facebook! I'd be so stoked for it! We're doing our group in 2013 (it's a 2 group, but we'll randomly have an Alistair with us).

Also, on the game play. Origins is more realistic. Things explode in 2 >.> Assassinate makes them fall to pieces. I have way too much fun with that in the very beginning of the game.

Also, I can't play warriors in Origins. SO. SLOW. I have to play a rogue with the dwarven origins (which are what I have left, although I kind of want to play a male city elf now), cause my shield and sword human nobles is making me not want ot play anymore... argh de blarg blarg.

Being a two-handed weapon Warrior was really slow in Origins but being having a longsword and a dagger at the same time wasn't so bad.

On the subject of Dragon Age. Funimation has just annouced that they're making a Dragon Age movie with it's creators and it's going to be animated.

I would Love to someday Cosplay one of my Female Hawkes. Probably Either my Bianca Hawke (Yes yes.. I have so much fun with her head canon.) Or Mathrin, But If I cosplay Mathrin I HAVE to have someone be my Merrill!

And, In a shop on gaia online, I got a faekat cosplay of Merrill. She is still only a sketch, but is so cute! My friend got her for me. And she got herself Isabela. And she has a Anders Cosplay on the way. There is a set from the first DA that is going to be sold too, and they are all so cool. The colorist is going to try and make herself a Flemeth cosplay, so excited to see that.

Old screenshots, I am a bit further now in the game with both of them, Bianca is not the end of act one and Marthin is in the early parts of act 2.

And I would LOVE to see someone cosplaying Verric and Flemeth. Love those two so much.

I don't think I would ever want to cosplay her. But this is my current fav Hawke. Abby, Abigail.

I just recently started playing Dragon Age 2 a couple days ago (My computer fried, so I decided to finally do my OTPs when I got my new one. OTP= One True Play through). Oh my gosh, after playing as a rogue in Origins, the mage in 2 is so fantastic. I don't know why I didn't just play as an arcane mage again in Origins. I miss that specialization. It was amazing.

Also, I'm using a the same name as my warden (Rosalind). Is that weird? I plan on reusing the name in 3 as well. The name is from As You Like It, named after the one Shakespearean character I want to play. Though Rosalind Cousland and Rosalind Hawke do have the same tattoo, but that's because I really like that raccoon-esc tattoo.

I beat Dragon Age 2 for the first time last month (and then many times after that XD) and it was the first time that I actually liked being a mage. Normally, I'm a mage hating rouge but that time I was a mage hating mage XD I really liked being able to have sarcastic voice options too.

Blame EA for dragon age 2's shortness. They had forever and a day to work on dragon age then EA was cracking the whip to get a release from bioware. So basically, they finished the first city and were cut off.

Yeah, I was really pissed off about that... especially when they announced that they'd had an expansion back like Awakening planned, but had to scrape it to work on Dragon Age 3. DA3 better be something special...
