With some luck, The Bretheren Pirate Court (me), should have a small army of cookies to share with the world in attendance. Also I met someone who went to the asian fest in Beaverton last weekend and told them about the meet. She might be coming as another clone of America.

If I can get enough done on my to-do list today and still have enough time I'll bake some scones so we'll have something other than cookies to eat XD

I'm still up for the exchange! My present will be something character-specific and will probably be kind of useless and cheap, but cute. I have a few ideas..

Also my cosplay is still kind of half done.. I home nobody minds.. sadly I ran out of fabric before I could finish the last two pockets and I still have a ton of small things to fix.

Also that's why one America brings the blaster, and the other one brings the Captain America Shield.

But yeah probably not a good idea unless many precautions are made.

Meanwhile the meet was good and epic, even among the other apparent meets that were at the mall. I was the heroic Portland Pirate using my knowledge of the concrete grid to help cosplayers find their groups, run with them at light speed to catch their MAXes, and ride with them most of the way home. Though of course, the Americas present were the real heroes. I hope my dice were a good, though late contribution to the gift exchange.

A nerf war sounds like fun. A large relatively empty room would be a good place to hold it so all the darts wouldn't get lost..

My tiny gun probably wouldn't be very useful though.
