Age Range of Cosplayer: It doesn't matter to me. I'm 18 (And fairly short [5'2"] if that's relevant to anyone)
Why: A Hitsugaya without his Hinamori or Karin is a very sad sight. And Ukitake cosplayers are made of win and full of (un)intentional candy harassment. I've never met a Kusaka cosplayer, despite him being a psycho-arrancar(Or is he just a shinigami???)
What they might have to do: Just meet up for a few pictures, chat, wander together, play soccer (Kidding, kidding) that kind of thing. No fanservice is necessary.
Extra note: I'll most likely have a Matsumoto cosplayer with me.
