I just filled out the fillable PDF and pressed "e-mail," but then it didn't do anything... is it supposed to do anything, or did it just fail?

Normally it pops up your email client to send.   you can always select everything (ctrl-a), copy (ctrl-c) and paste (ctrl-v) the content into an email and send directly to Cosplay@kumoricon.org   I really just need the data inside the form, not the pdf itself.

It wouldn't let me copy from the document for some reason, but I just put it into the doc format and will send it later.

Theres a spot for introduction on the form - do we have to fill that out or can they just call name and character which is already printed on the form?

If you don't want a special introduction, there is a check box to say "stat name and character"

I was wondering if someone who isn't actually entered into a skit can be onstage, or if everyone in a skit has to be judged on costume if one person wants to be judged? I'm thinking about changing my entry from walk on to dance skit, but the dance I was thinking of requires two people (waltz type dance), but I only want my costume judged.... This is just what I'm thinking, and I am totally unsure if I will have the time to put a dance together in the first place.

If the person's name isn't listed on the form then should that skit win, only the people whose names are listed will receive prizes. As far as I know, most people who enter a contest would want the opportunity to win, so therefore they would want to be listed on the form.

Since the costume judging is totally separate from the skit judging, you can list all participants of the skit, and then mark "none" for the costume entry for the members who are not entering their costumes, and choose among Novice, Journeyman, and Master for the person who is entering a costume

You're better off just pasting the content of the form into an email... it's faster and free!
