I am finally going to finish Azula this year and I am trying to convince my group to go as other members too. So who is cosplaying from Avatar?

So pretty much all my friends want me to be Zuko this year. So I'm being him to Kumo!

Now the only thing I need to decide is what outfit. I'm between his tea shop, Fire Kingdom (when he joins back w/ Azula) or Fire Nation (when he joins Aang).

So I'm looking at possibly making my Mako and myself their Pro Bending uniforms instead of their normal outfits. Is there a Korra out there who wants to join us?

I think the biggest problem will be meeting up for sizing and such. I don't know what you're doing for the summer, but yeah...

Anywhos, I just sketched out what I'm thinking for the uniforms. It actually will be pretty easy. The hardest will be getting the color right and everyone matching XP

I'll be home for summer, from June 28th to July 16th or longer. I should be graduating in August, and can come up whenever On the weekends more than likely.
The only issue would be that, I don't know how to play chess and never done Cosplay chess before.
If you need me, then I'll do it but might have some issues xD

You don't have to know how to play chess to be in cosplay chess. Someone will tell you where to move and you move there. If there is a piece there then you battle them (and win). If a piece moves to where you are they battle you and they win. All you really need to know is how to think on your toes or at least have a few battles planed out.

Which, if you joined us, we'd be helping you out! And I'll be making the bending weapons. Making foam disks for photos, and plush ones for chess (so I can throw them without hurting people), and fabric for fire and water.

This all wont be til Summer anyways. I'll probably start searching for stuff at Goodwill before then, but the helmets I want to get are about $25 each...And I will need to add the plastic mask to all of them, so there's another cost....*sigh*

Because she's an awesome character. And I personally relate to her more than any other Avatar/Korra character. =]

Question: Do you think there should be two separate shoots, one for Korra and one for AtLA? Or should it be combined? I know the AtLA shoot a couple years ago when I was Zuko was very large, but I'm not sure what to expect this year.

any idea on a time then? I would say either before or after cosplay chess. Chess usually starts around 11 or 12 so the players need to be there 10 or 11. It goes for a few hours so till about 2. So does like 2:30 or 3 sound good? I think before 10 is too early.

I'm going to start working on some of the armor for his outfit. I need to wonder to Goodwill to search for good base clothing for both me and my Mako~
