So, I thought this was a good idea.
If you are like me, you're thinkin bout your cosplays for 2013 already.
This may be for Sakuracon, Kumoricon, or whathaveyou.
Here, you can discuss ideas, options, give feedback and constructive criticism(sp?) for those of us who are still deciding what we wanna do. It doesn't have to be for a convention anytime soon either. Feel free to use this thread as a helping hand in deciding what to wear to a cosplay meet up, lolita tea party, or anything cosplay related.

Please keep it PG13 though, no bad language, no nude or mostly nude pics, and no discrimination of any kind people.

Well, I'll probably be looking at the same ones that I had hoped for in 2012: Lina Inverse, Toof, Liechtenstein, Mamoru Kusanagi, etc.

Some things that Chan & I have been talking about doing is a PewDiePie family group. If we do this, she'd be PewDie, I'd be Piggeh, and our baby would be Stephano. I haven't talked with her about this yet, but I'd also like us to consider Project A-ko as an option (me as A-ko, Chan as B-ko, and baby as C-ko).

There's probably some others that I've thought about before that would be possible contenders, or even some that I have yet to do, but I can't think of any such thing now.

So I've spoken with Chan about the Project A-ko idea; she rejected it. Her reasoning is that she doesn't want the baby cosplaying as something from a near-adult-level series. Apparently, it was originally rated PG, and I think since a new-ish rating system came about, it became a 13-Up, or so. Understandable, but kinda hypocritical, since she really loved the Amnesia idea, a game that has a rating of M. Oh, well... this will still be fun!

So far I have Lady from DMC planned (Actually already started ^.^'), Rikku from FF10-2, Ranka from Macross Frontier, San from Princess Mononoke, Domino from Marvel.

Things I'm looking at: Mikura from Mezzo, Crimson Viper from Street Fighter, Kula Diamond from King of Fighters, LuLu from FF10, Babydoll from Sucker Punch, Rydia from FF4, Hibiki from Sekirei, Lucy from Elfen Lied, Subaru from .Hack//Sign, Or Strawberry from No More Heroes. But I have no clue which ones lololol (NOT doing ALL of them

I'm debating on whether or not to do Mizore from Rosario + Vampire, and then I really wanna do Snow White. I'm hoping my hair will be long enough by 2013. Or if not, Ill just get a wig.

I'll (hopefully) be doing Morrigan from Dragon Age: Origins and either Suit!Loki from The Avengers movie or a dress based off his armor. I'll probably have a third, but I'm not sure what it is right now.

I know for next year, my group and I are doing 'Animal Crossing', 'Soul Eater', 'Lollipop Chainsaw', 'Skullgirls', and 'Tiger & Bunny'.
We're debating on adding something else, but at this point, that's our comfort zone. Five cosplays, for three conventions.

Next year is gonna be a zombie game year for me and my crew. Something from L4D and Resident evil. And I will be completing my Juliet Starling Cosplay from Lollipop Chainsaw which will be previewed at this year's con.

^ Oh, how badly I wish there was someone from Deadman Wonderland I could cosplay. Maybe if I lose a couple hundred pounds, lol.

I will most likely be choosing one from the following list:

Adelbert Steiner (FFIX)
Combustion Man (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

The list is short because I plan to do a lot of anime watching, so I hopefully will find some other good options.

Well I always like to make sure I'm cospaying to my body type (just a personal rule I follow), so if I were to do a character, I want to know I'm doing them justice, physically. Kozuji and the Wretched Egg are on my someday list, though!

Finally doing Portal cosplays! So I'll be doing my Turret gijinka. Might even get a group together with a GlaDos, Weatley, Companion Cube and Chell.

As well, I'll be apart of an Avatar group that I think is happening next year for sure. The original series. But may throw in some Korra stuff too~

I'm still deciding cosplay ideas for next year's Kumoricon (I may not be able to attend Sakuracon, for I'm going on a missions trip that overlaps most of the con).

My current plan is Asura from Soul Eater. Soul Eater is my most favorite anime, and if I still love it by then, it'll be 100% guaranty.

However, I was also planning on a Rainbow Dash cosplay. But if my friend goes with me, then we're planning on cosplaying the same or from the same series. We would probably decide probably 6 months before the con.

If my diet keeps working (9lbs down) next year Im planing Kagura from Inuyasha my sister is gonna do Kanna, Deunan Kneut from Appleseed Ex-Machina in her full tactical gear I have a friend that is gonna do Briareos, and a bad ass version of Velma from Scooby Doo my sister might do a bad ass version of Daphney.
