I need a commission. I'll have the money to do it, but the shipping wont come in to after the con, from the site that is.
I need the top and the apron, I can do the skirt, and possibly the pants as well with the accessories.

I'd suggest trying in the manga swap meet area for commissioning someone, not in the cosplay section. Perhaps also give some references of the outfit?
