The final general meeting before the convention will be held Saturday, August 18, at 1:00pm at:

General meetings are open to the public. This is an important meeting for last-minute planning and staffing information for the convention! Although staff registration is closed (except for finishing already started or approved registrations), you can also get involved with volunteer opportunities.

Please note that the date of this meeting has changed since the schedule published earlier in the year. August 18 is the current date.

I attended the last meeting and i have a question. I Just received my 3 day pass to the convention. Now that im staffing  is it possible to get a refund at the next meeting?

Yes, provided that your staff registration is already complete.
