Question about Colorado cons
« on: September 07, 2012, 03:00:39 pm »
I've been told by Chan that there's a small-ish con in Colorado that takes place during Labor Day weekend that she'd like to attend some day, so as to see a friend who (most likely) will never come up here for Kumoricon.  However, she can't remember the name, and I can't find anything online to support such a con's existence.  The closest that I've been able to find (based off of date) is Nan Desu Kan, which (from what I can tell) starts on the second Friday of September.  Does anybody know of another con that might fit this description?  (By the way, she's been saying that she's sure that it's not labeled as an anime con).
My cosplay plans for 2022 (thus far): Vanir from Konosuba
My son's plans this year (thus far): Penguin Chiyo-chan from Azumanga Daioh

I'm originally from Colorado, and I'm only familiar with Nan Desu Kan, but I wasn't that into cons when I was last living there.  Not sure...  Good luck figuring it out! :)
