Online pre-registration 2013 not yet open?

Woke up and saw in my Reader that Pre-registration for 2013 was open. Hopped on to register and the Acteva website says "Sorry, this event is not authorized for booking at this time."

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Unfortunately, we can't resolve the problem with our booking service until business hours tomorrow. So online pre-reg won't be available until tomorrow (Nov. 5). Sorry

For staff reg- can we not submit a form online? I can't make the first two meetings due to work, but I'd like to submit my form ASAP.

Yes. If you'd like to sign up online, request it from the director overseeing the position, and they will initiate the sign-up, once they have decided to approve you for the position for 2013. You'll receive an email with a link to the online registration.
