So....Since the specified time was 12 OR 1...Does any one know the actual time we'll be meeting? 12? 12:30? Or just 1?

She sent out an email and said at 2pm is when the meeting actually starts (in the lobby area in front of the ball room)!
For hosts it's noon!

Thank you to all the hosts who showed up for the meeting! It was very much appreciated! The next time the hosts will meet will be at the con, maybe day 0? we'll just go over again what we learned at this last meeting we went to and learn some more basics and more turns and basically get everyone confident in the foundation of the dances! Thank you all! We'll see you at con.

Morning star, I'm sorry for thew confusion, I thought the meeting was at the Hilton, it so happened that it was at the Red Lion >< we headed over at 12, we were at the Hilton since 11:30

Hey hosts!! We will be meeting day 0 of con, probably evening somewhere, maybe con will actually let us practice somewhere. But we'd like to touch bases one more time before the events. We will be running 8 dance panels, 4 Saturday and 4 Sunday. If you can make it to some, if not all of these, that'd be fantastic! The dance styles are:

Slow Waltz (Lesson)
Tango (Lesson)
Single Time Swing (Lesson)
Viennese Waltz (Lesson)
Night Club 2 Step (Lesson)
Polka (only 2 songs)
Foxtrot (Only 1 song)
Lindy Hop (Only 1 song)

This is if any of you want to check the youtube for tutorials while we wait for con to arrive.

If I'm correct, both myself and Natasha should be able to attend the day 0 practice....And not leave early xD However, I don't think we'll be able to help out with the saturday panels, considering I'll be in a dress that I can't really...Fluently move in. But we both should be able to attend sunday! I figured I should probably just give a little check in :3 I'm looking forward to all of this!

I'm really sorry! But I won't be able to be a host for the ball anymore. DDDD:
I have other pre-made arrangements that I can't drop that is going on the same time as the ball. :c

I'm really sad, because being a host was so much fun last year and I loved dancing and now I can't even go to the ball. <///3

I'm sad you can't make it Tsundere, we could really use the help. If my other half and I can't make it next year, there's a good chance there might not be a ball at all....so we are sad to not have you join us.

He doesn't have a forum account (and doesn't plan on making one lol) so should I email you for him? Or is this just okay? Thanks! And we will both attend the day 0 practice as well ^_^

Not really sure yet, probably sometime in the afternoon. It's still hectic on my end so I need to be a little more flexible with things, especially when we get up there, pay for room etc. My guess is 5/6 but not 100% sure

yeah anytime after 7:30pm is good for me or between 6-7pm

my birthday party is at the red lion around 3pm so... I kind of want that to happen haha XD

EDIT: I am also 100% being Aqua from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep

as a Disney princess version of course

I'm not sure who has my number, but soon that will be the only way to reach me. I will, hopefully, be leaving tonight for the Portland area and will be on site of con early morning/midday if any of you need me. I will probably not have access to internet seeing as I don't have a smart phone, if any of you need to contact me, do so via phone! See you all at con!
