So some of you may know, some may not but this year at the World Beat Festival in downtown salem, the main focus this year is Japan! So what better time to bring out those cosplays for a test run? There will be food, vendors, and performances from all walks of the earth so join in?
It costs nothing to get in but they do ask for a $5 donation.
