I seem to have voted for all of the second place videos from the looks of it lol.

Excellent AMVs all around IMO, I enjoyed them all immensely.

The rap piece was called 'Aurora,' by Seattle artist Kenson.
who also goes by the band name 'Gowe' or 'Gifted on West - East.'

Is there going to be a server with the AMVs from the contest, show, and other AMV-related events available? I would love to download these AMVs, and I definitely found the server option last year convenient

@Sweet Hikari and others:
Yes - we will have a server system within a few days, hosted by another staff member who should be providing details HERE when he is ready. He says he'll make it available for at least 1 month. (Then he gets killed with bandwith overcharges, and so he can't keep it up FOREVER.)
 
Meanwhile, my next tasks over these days are contacting winners, allocating prizes, and getting them shipped off.
We have NINE packages going out this year. (Yey! - and Congrats to the WINNERS!!)
 
When I get that done I may be able to post individual d/l links from other sites (including other contest sites, perhaps )where these may be found. A small subset of entries were sent to me with time-limited download URLs and some of those may have "fallen off the radar" already.

Just a few more things to do before we shut down for 2013...

I just deleted the LAST backup directory for the 2013 AMV Contest opener - that was 93.5 GB of uncompressed avi, audio and sound effects, still images, texture images, Hash Animation Master models, and Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere files...

.. all for 2 min 28sec.

That one was called "Hunter on Fire," it was the No. 2 slot in "Intensity" (but not the 2nd place finisher, it was 2nd in the order of the play list.)
I do not have a download link for it at this time, but supposedly angryginger00 will be setting up a download FTP or something.

Tell me by PM (anyone) which links are not working.
 
Note that for animemusicvideos.org you may need to be registered at the site in order to download. (That's one of the reasons that over time I am switching to other AMV community sites, myself. You don't need to offer a password to download from amvnews.ru, for example.)

Besides that, I have had some news from angryginger00 that he will be delayed in setting up the 'everything' download site/system as he is assisting with a family difficulty which has him away from fandom temporarily. Let's send him our condolences in the meanwhile, and hope all becomes well for him soon...

Hello All, Sorry for the long delay in getting this posted this year.  As soon as con ended my Grandfather went to the hospital and had to have 3 surgery's since his arrival.  He is moving over to rehab tomorrow and hopefully my life will be able to return to normal soon.  Anyways here is the fun part you have all been waiting for.  The FTP information to download your own copy of the AMV contest.
