I'd love to tag myself in your photos but it won't let me! Is there a setting that needs to be switched on?

I googled this and found out that you have to be a "friend" on Facebook to tag pictures... unless you have a "Page".  So, I created a page and moved my Kumoricon photos there.  You still need a Facebook account, but Tag away.

Hey! Everybody looked sooo amazing this year. I was the Weeping Angel on day 1 and Flapper-Torchic on day 2. If anybody snapped a picture of these, I'd love to see. Thank you!


(Also, apologies to the Doctor Who cosplayers that I told would get the Weeping Angel on day 3 for the panel. I was not feeling well that morning and decided that heavy wings and body paint would probably not be the best idea ever. :c )

Part of it is probably the migration to Facebook and other social media platforms, which I honestly think is a loss. Those services are good for general socializing and networking, even for finding people after con, but they can't compare to a public themed forum for creating a really focused Kumoricon community between conventions. There's nothing like having an exclusive and organized site for planning, sharing, and brainstorming together. <3

I use social media sites but still post the links on here.  I even uploaded them to another site for those that don't use Facebook.   It's disappointing if people are simply relying on social media to share.   Not that it's wrong but makes me sad.

Ooh you are THAT Saber that I met at the Video Game Section! ^___^ I was happy to have met a Saber cosplayer since I am such a huge fan of that character! (She is my number 2 all time favorite character just under Chi from Chobits) You had both the regular Saber outfit on the first time we met, and then you did the outfit from Fate/Zero! You looked really great in them! I was quite happy being able to take your picture!


I am glad you enjoyed the gallery too! I hope to see you again at Kumoricon and I hope you have other Saber outfits to showcase!! (I'll be asking for lots of pics!)

Thank you for putting up that gallery!  You're like, the only person I've been able to find that has posted pictures of me in my Alois Trancy cosplay (the one who was always with the other cosplayer in the blue wig, who was my sister)!  I know a ton of people took pictures, but the two you took are the only ones I've found!  That made me SO HAPPY.

You were at the Hilton near entrance/lobby and we actually passed you several times but we both were a bit nervous to ask your pic because it look like you were waiting for someone so we didn't want to bother. However after several times we went up the stairs we decided "Screw it!! Lets just ask for their pics!" I especially liked your outfit! ^__^ It looked really cute on ya!
