I noticed quite a few WtNV cosplays this year (so many cute Cecils!), one of my cosplay groups is doing a WtNV group, and I figured other's might be interested in letting people know about their costumes, especially since this is a funky one- with no confirmed appearances, EVERYONE could be Cecil and not know it! 8D
