Hello I was wondering if you guys could give be suggestions on how to make this skirt for the Seria Otoshiro from Aikatsu. Her skirt is multicolored and I don't really know where to start. Should I buy a bunch of fabric in the different colors and sew it together or should I just get white fabric and paint all the colors on. I really want the skit to look like its all one piece of fabric. I have a picture attached below so hopefully you can see what the costume I want to make looks like.
