I can sorta teach you how to run a shoot during it. It's not hard, but it means in the future you won't need the help.
Anyway, even if it's just a half hour later, I can manage that, but an hour would help me out..which in turn would help you out because I'd be nice and hydrated, more ready to help out, all that good stuff.
I'll leave that up to you though.
One good thing though to do for the time being..If people from Sailor Moon groups come in and want to attend, then say, Precure cosplayers come in saying they will attend, then maybe Tokyo Mew Mew or something, then list them in the top thread so people know what series are gonna attend. That way someone else might go "Oh, Sailor Moon people, I'll come as a Senshi too!!". I usually try to list who's coming as who, but the series names at least of the confirmed attending people would be good to know. Then have a paper with who's from what so we can group things.
