Photographer Thread 2016
« on: October 14, 2016, 09:29:02 am »
Hey everyone! The con is two weeks away, and I know everyone is getting pretty darn excited about their cosplays.

I want this thread to serve as a place for photographers who are attending the con to announce themselves and their services. There is a sticky'd photographer thread that hasn't been updated in years, so I think it more appropriate to do an annual thread.

Photographers: Please post your name (or company name), a little about you, your prices for photoshoots at con (if you're offering them), your website, contact information, etc.. I will update this post with the information that you have provided to make it easy for everyone to see.

Cosplayers: If you see a photographer who is offering services, please do not contact them via this thread. Please use the contact information they have provided. This will make it easier for everyone.

WBailey Photography (Moriah)
I am an amateur/novice photographer from southern Oregon. Offering raw/unedited photoshoots (20-30 minutes) for PWYL, but it's not obligated. The goal is for me to gain more experience and for you to hopefully get some nice pictures!

I hope this is alright?
Though if there are some more experienced photographers out there willing to share some tips and tricks, that would be lovely too. ^_^)

Didn't see this....
(Pst, btw what's up "Bailey"! See ya soon!!....It's weird not calling you by name....)
*Ahem*
Anyway, hello everyone. My name is Jei (pronounced like Jay) and I've been doing cosplay hall photography (basically "Hi can I take your picture" stuff) for about a year now. I have done a few scheduled photoshoots with cosplayers, as well as on the spot, where I ask if you don't mind a small photoshoot if you have time and we go somewhere to take good photos. I also do not charge. It's a hobby for me right now, not a job, and I believe in fine tuning my skill before expecting people to pay me.
My site is here:

Sadly this con I don't have any cards..I ran out at Sakuracon and haven't been able to get any..
I also do vidography at cons. My youtube is:

Please forgive the repeated post, but this is the 2nd thread, I have come across with this topic.  So I will cut and paste my post here as well....

Thanks for allowing me into your community.  My name is Don, I have been a professional photographer in multiple industries for nearly 14 years.   My background is mainly in fashion and music promotion, but I am willing to shoot pretty much anything, given a budget to work with. :)  I also do lots of trade work (TFP).  I am currently open to TFP shoots with cosplay models, given certain criteria are met.  Would love to discuss shoots with anyone interested.  I am very big on networking as well.
