While in the con operations room during the weekend, I had an apology note to give to one of the guests and when I asked if the guest received it before heading home, I was told to e-mail the relations department.
I looked at the contact page on the website, but couldn't find an e-mail address for relations.
When anyone in the staff gets a chance, could you let me know which department to e-mail?
