Even though the forums don't get a lot of action nowadays, I wanted to present this here FIRST.
I am hoping to find someone who knows how to design VTuber characters for a channel I want to make. I figured this could be a great place to begin this topic, especially to have others express a similar request, share favorite VTubers, and stuff like that.
