Hey everyone, I recently sent out a MySpace bulletin seeing if anyone wanted to do a MySpace Photoshoot, just like the Final Fantasy and Guilty Gear photoshoots.

This would be for all Kumoricon cosplayers who have a MySpace. Many of us have met fellow cosplayers through MySpace who are attending Kumoricon, so what better way to meet them in person?

I think that'd be really awesome to have! I know that some cons also have like DeviantArt or Gaia photoshoots, so I like the sound of this idea.

Interesting. I'd be up for it. As for when..well I won't really know when is good for me until the Yojimbo get our scheduling worked out. Unless of course we get a day and time worked out before then, then I could always request it off

Sure, why not. If it's going to be a cosplay-only photoshoot, I'd reccomend a day other than Monday. Many people don't cosplay on Monday though they do the other days.

People can be in cosplay or just in regular clothing. I think it would be neat if a mix turned out. So, I'll nix the possibility of a pre-con photoshoot. Be sure to get back to me as soon as you sort your Yojimbo scheduling, Trumby.

Also, Bryce, even though you are already on my MySpace, everytime I view your pages it gives me just your MySpace ID in letters and numbers in this location: www.myspace.com/________

Put your MySpace links with your posts, it makes it a lot easy for me. You might not have rechanged your MySpace ID from numbers.

Oh, yeah, I'll be getting to Kcon on Friday, but I'm going to the american Idol concert with my mom (TT_TT She's making me goo... that or no KCON. XD "I have to go through with all your kumoricon crap go to this concert or else!") So I'll be gone from the hotel from like 7pm to... 11. x_x

Dude, great idea! I live in the area so even if it's a day before the con I can be there. But I think it'd be best if we all met during the con, because then we know that everyone who wants to be in it is going to be at the photo shoot.

I think that late noon time on Friday would be good, you know? Like a Meet 'n Greet that people on Gaia Online and DA have. :3 And then we can have a photoshoot on Saturday or Sunday (Sunday's always the biggest day of the con...)

Yeah thats kinda what we did at sakuracon, it wasn't a photoshoot though, just people from the message boards getting together and finding a bite to eat and hanging out a bit. We met up at like 5pm. Which seemed to be pretty good since it let people get settled (since hotel check in is/was 3pm) and get situated then go find everyone else.
... just an experiance I had and passing on the idea

Sounds good. Even if I don't come down Thursday night, I still shall be coming down early Friday morning, and be there hopefully around noon. Anyways, yeah, I need to make sure I drop all my stuff off in the Creation Station once Ellen gets there, so, I need to keep an eye on time too.

I do like the idea of it being the last day of the convention... cause the last day everyone is already all there plus all the big events are over so no one has to worry about missing like a panel or karoke or something to make it.

Good idea, but, Alot of things could go wrong with that though....
like if people have their phones off cause of the event their at... or some people could have left the con and gone to a mall or something.....
Or heck, they could be me and have a cell that doesnt work n e more... -_-

Since I am organizing this thing, I'll always leave my cell phone on. Even now, I have a 24/7 policy on my cell, where I can be called anyday, anytime.

I'm not familiar with where things are located in this Red Lion hotel, so why don't we all agree to meet in the lobby at 9:00am on September 4th (Monday)?

Does that work out? Let me know so I can make it official.

To cut down on costs, you could stay in the hotel for one or two nights instead of the duration of the con.
