OK since I will be coordinating the AMV contest I will not be including
any of my own works as entries. (duh...)

In my opinion, I don't see anything wrong with you showing a video or two that you made after the contest entries are shown as long as you promote it as such.  I think it could be cool for the audience to see what the person running the event can do!

1) Actually, THE AUDIENCE will be doing the judging, right!?! :-D

2) I cobbled together two works in the past 3 weeks, one is an action vid and the other is a 90-second opener for the AMV contest. If time permits, I will show the action vid as the contest ends (i.e, as ballots are being passed in.)

Hey guest....

Would I'm not sure who you are except that you are he AMV guy.  Please  PM me if you would like me to make your award certificates.  I've already made them for Cosplay, Karaoke and Fan Fiction.  Also what awards would you like?  Do you have catagories like "best of show" and "Funniest Video" or first, second...that sort of thing.  I design a base certificate but there is the flexability print them out at the con if you feel the need to change the award title.
