Water Stations

I was curious about how the water station will be setup, especially during the dance.  They always seem to run out quickly (of both water and plastic/paper cups).  Will there be more water station setup up for this, or any other way to keep water supplied?

Just so you know, there is one - count 'em, ONE - water fountain in the Red Lion Hotel. It's in the center of the hotel, lower level near the elevator / stairs. I checked it out when I was there for the Aug meeting.

then you need a water girl to trek from the fountian to the dance all night long just like at SCA meets    that or ask the hotel if they can fill somethng like Picnick water coolers some one from the con will have to bring from there garage
