Hey everyone! The con is near and I don't yet see a thread for this yet! It needs to be up! Everyone needs to know the schedules in advance!
You all know how this works. Post the gathering you want and a time and place. Ill add it to the list. We will have to make some compromises since obviously not every suggestion will work. So lets start it off!

Saturday: Day 1- Sept 2

I know some people are coming as differnt characters.

We've talked about it, but set no real time or date. Which we should. Our Starlight group will be there on Sunday, and in our costumes all day. Of course, my Seiya and myself have other Sailor Moon costumes. Depending on the time and date, we'll either be Human Luna and Sailor Saturn or the Three Lights.

For the Sailor Moon photoshoot I vote Sunday at Noon? It's before the Cosplay, and right as Piano Squall's concert ends.

My Starlight group has Cosplay Rehersal at 1:30 PM also. I don't know what number we are, or what time we'll be getting out. So, I think the best time is before Cosplay Rehersal and after the Cosplay Pre-Meet.

Ooww... that would be kewl if you could be in the photo as the Starlights since I harldy see people do them.... which is sadness.... T.T
Mmm.... it should be a good time before the Cosplay contest. Since most of us, or at least me, are going to get in line as fast as possible. Me Im thinking 30min early to get in line.

There are going to be ALOT of naruto characters going. But I don't understand your question clearly. Do yo want a date for them or what? Cause alot of them at 5pm on the first day of con are going to be riding the mary-go-round.

Personally, Im voting on the FMA gathering being on Sat or Sun. Preferrably sunday after the cosplay pre-meet. but i think that the fma thread was thinking of making 2..? so ill just wait and see what else comes up!

Alright since most everyone is way indecisive, I'm taking the FMA photoshoot into my own hands.

2:00pm Saturday, outside the main doors.

10:00am Sunday, outside the main doors.

Location for the actual shoot is yet to be deteremined (will figure it out tomorrow at the meeting and edit this post).

And the tea party is on Saturday.

If we can't snag a photographer, which I will attempt to do, we can just go hang out and have lunch.

I'm wearing my Greed on Sunday...so I'll change that to 9:30 Sunday morning, gives an hour before the concert.

We're going to do both shoots though either way, since Saturday works better for some and Sunday works for others.

No, you don't have to register for photoshoots but you do need to register to attend the convention. The photoshoots are a time when people who are cosplaying the same series can all meet up for group pictures. This is something set up just amongst the cosplayers.

Would it be permissible for someone such as myself to attend a photoshoot of a series I am not cosplaying for simply to snap photos? I didn't think anyone would mind, but I thought I'd be cautious....

About going to photoshoots you aren't costumed in the series of: everyone does it so don't even worry about it. The photoshoots are indeed more of "gatherings" than like an official photoshoot would be. I'm probably going to the Bleach shoot Sunday and I'll be dressed as Greed

Ah dang it... 12 pm? I have church that day so I might not be able to make it that early... Maybe I'll be able to go to the early service.
