table sizes in Timberline/Weyehaeuser/RPG room

i NEED to know the number of tables and their measurements in this room for my panel. i'm providing my own tablecloths so the hotel ones don't get soiled.
i spoke with the vice-chair at the meeting about the set-up, but i still have not gotten any reply, and i need to know as soon as possible.

i'd really hate to have to call up the hotel and hassle them about it~

The tables are rounds, I don't know the exact size, but I would assume a large round tablecloth will work.
