To retire early with an income of $5000/month and to use such money to do whatever I want (given the restriction of that level of finances, which realistically isn't fabulous, but certainly better than my current income)

^ Just a heads up, but theatre tends to attract many of that kind (especially the first level classes) there really isn't much you CAN do without being mean. Just keep telling him "no" and don't be afraid of telling him that you feel uncomfortable if he really starts to cross the line. It might help to pick a person in class you are comfortable with and kind of form an alliance of sorts to make it so you aren't often left alone in situations with this person... Trust me I've been in the same position a few times myself and it really is akward.

^ Yes I have, several times...I think you basically said it best for advice though. Some people require it being drilled into their heads a little harsh to get the point...or if you don't want to be mean, tell a couple friends in that class about it and ask if they will work as your shield to block incoming annoyances from that person.
