^ I'd assume no significant other to cheer you on and comfort you in your down times. Save for the two parents that my poverty has forced me to remain with for far longer than I'd ever want, until a year and a half ago, I felt just as alone.

< I have friends who left the nest and tried living on their own, but were forced to move back in. I never had the chance to even try.

^ My own GF. Though she lives only a two hour, two bus ride away in comparison, some days it feels that way.

< I do get to see her at least 3 times a week, plus the bus ride gives me time to think or sketch away.
