^depends on the dish. Generally since I use canned broth to make my gravies, I use the chicken broth, the beef is too much! :shock: Most of my gravies come out kind of brown, because I like my roux to be darker.

^ ahhh haha, well it wasn't really a wink, but the other person thought it was X3 I was on a field trip to The Oregonian with my newspaper class and we walked into the board room and were going to listen in on their morning meeting thing, and there was something in my left eye and so I kept blinking it, and I didn't really realize it but I was looking at one of the reporters and he was like "are you....WINKING at me????" it was embarrassing and funny XD
