^ Let's put it this way: why do I have to stop at a red light in the middle of nowhere (let's say Montana, open road, straightaway type thing) if it's 3 AM in the morning and there's no one there? How would I hurt anyone if no one's there? I don't think that justifies getting a ticket for running a red light that way [actually happened to someone haha]

NOT AN ANSWER EITHER, but I think the 'statute of limitations' STARTS the clock when a crime is DISCOVERED, not when the event occurred. Or is it when the perp is identified? Anyone know this?

NOW BACK to the GAME:

^ Every damn day I had to go. When I heard that the Columbine boys where whacking out 'the jocks...' I almost had to cheer them on. Probably the very worst was when I got a zero from one (hippie-70s) science teacher - we had to do a report about Solar Power, with some research and a concluding statement about what government should do for solar power. and I called Ford Motor Co, explained that I wanted an estimate of how much electricity they use, then showed in the report that JUST ONE decent-sized industry like that would need something like TEN SQUARE MILES of solar collectors. (Solar constant, watts per square meter ... etc.) My conclusion was that solar power was insignificant as a source of substantial industrial power, and that government continue to develop nuclear power - because we what we learn would keep our ships and subs ahead of the Russians...

< can't wait for the WEEKEND.

<: Federal law thing... hum... Ok, here's one. Any person may only be elected to a single term of a single political office during their entire lifetime. (I REALLY hope that's specific enough... Yes, One term, One office, Not Two or more... of either. You run for water district manager of nowhere, that's it, you've had your office, can't run for anything else ever again.)
