^: 9am to 10am. I also get up around 5pm, and I work nightshift from 7:30 (have to be at work) to 8am, 3-4 nights a week (every other week I get off Sunday morning instead of Saturday morning.)

^ I guess, but I wasn't trying to diet. I just got a job pulling greenchain at a lumber mill, and lost 20 pounds in one month. I was eating 4 large meals per day, and drinking 2 gallons of water per day, but still lost the weight. so much for lifting weights for the previous 6 months. Nothing like 8 hours of aerobics per day to take the fat off.

< Feeling gratitude I am not pulling greenchain, and never will again. That and I feel so worn out, it kind of hurts, even though I haven't done anything to be hurting.

Too soon for me to answer... but this made me realise something.

I have no IDEA when I last had two actual weeks of doing nothing at all. I think once or twice a year in college I came close, but I refuse to count that because I still had to buy new stuff for the next semester, and I was still looking for my first job at the time.

Proof positive I require a different job then the one I've got now...
