A few times. Usually if I quit at 5 minutes it's because it's a terrible game. I'll usually go to 30 before quitting if it seems like a decent game, and I just have other things to do (ie StarCraft, Time Crisis 2, Pop'n Music, KH2, KoF '98, Ranma Fighting Game, Street Fighter Alpha 3, Donkey Kong, Crystal Castles, TGM3...the list goes on)

< Can't find time to play all the great games the world has made. :/
