What's the farthest you've traveled to go to an anime convention and what con was it?
The farthest I traveled was to Anaheim to attend Anime Expo.

To Seattle for Sakuracon. From where I am currently, thats roughly 350 miles. I did the drive by myself, too. So, I was a bit drained after it.

An hour away (About 60 miles, I guess) for KumoriCon. =O

Yep.  This was my first.  =B

Though, I've wanted to go to a couple in California and Washington for a while.

2 hour drive to Kumoricon.  It's been the only convention I've gone to so far.

8.37 miles.  That would be to K-con.  I'll be driving to Seattle next spring though...

Not technically an Anime convention although it is more a Gaming/Sci-fi convention that is bleeding over into Anime. But I used to travel a lot to quite a few Anime and Gaming conventions.

I don't know how much value this topic has if you aren't specifying how you got there. Flying and driving are quite different.

The farthest I went to go to a con was to Fanime in San Jose, which I drove to.

Well technically it was 1700miles for me this year heh (flew of course). I'm moving from Minneapolis next month though so I won't have to deal with that next year, yay!

From Estacada to Seatac for Sakuracon, it was a four hour trip.
