From Jeff -- Seattle has been fliered -

They recognized Kumoricon and said their Portland store was participating! Better result than last year, where they just had me place the flyers inside the Uwajimaya flyer rack. This time they put them on the checkout counter.

Next door to IMT—Japanese video rental store. Mostly Japanese TV shows recorded directly off of TV on home VHS tapes and DVD-Rs, intended for Japanese-speaking customers. Carried a good deal of anime, but a haphazard selection and not really an anime-themed store.
Gave a small number of flyers

Interested—asked about exhibitors table. I emailed information to them tonight, and CCed exhibistors@kumoricon.org. Said there was a good chance they would be willing to have a table there. I also gave them program ad info.

I had emailed them in advance to display these. I work with Scarecrow as part of my Sakura-Con staff position of Video Room Coordinator, also (which is a fun coincidence).

Great! Thanks Jeff!
I am out of fliers and don't know if the messed up batch is reprinted. I will try to take the posters I have (I still have a lot) and double check places to see if they need anything else / want to donate / are or can display poster. If any Street Team members still have posters, pls. check places you have dropped fliers (main stores at lease) and see if you can put up a poster (if they don't have one up already.)
There are still about 3 weeks left to preregister and have your badge mailed to you!
