It was awesome. Though the way they ended I wish they would have made an OVA or something just to see a bit more.

Epic show is epic! It's kinda twisted, like with the little girl crying saying "I only killed 10 people this week, I killed 40 last week please don't hate me I'll do better."

Went and saw the Spirit this weekend. American neo-film noir??? I was not overly wowed. But then, I don't feel particularly qualified, as I never read the comic. It looked too much like something from the Golden Age of comics, but wasn't. I think there was a Spirit from back then, part of the Justice Society from WWII days. dunno.

I got thew last two discs of Le Chevalier D'Eon, and I just couldn't get into it. I couldn't even watch a whole episode. I think I may just send them back unwatched. One of the few times knowing another language may be detrimental to watching anime, or in other words taking from the French into Japanese then over to English by people who have no clue to French.

That and I think the creators of this anime are too ignorant of western European religion and make assumptions that my willing suspension of disbelief cannot bridge. I mean it wasn't that far away from burning witches at the point in time the show occurs.

I'm watching lots of old VHS tapes to see what the heck I have recorded on them. Also watching Detective Academy Q. I like this show.

Among ads for soda pop, that were like anime mini-serials, kinda cool akchuly. Saw some Lyrical Girl Nanoha too. Seems like Tenchi Muyo meets Cardcaptor Sakura. Nice.

I introduced my wife to Hellsing Ultimate. She likes it! She didn't like .Hack//roots. So maybe I can guess what she may enjoy.
